We all have thoughts and fears about ourselves, the world, and other people. Some of it is really helpful. Some of it holds us back.

What about Trauma?

The way we respond to trauma can sometimes interfere with our recovery and our ability to live well. I can help you move through recovery to thriving.

What if more of your thoughts and feelings could help you instead of hindering you?

If you’re an overthinker, let’s make those thoughts work for you. If your feelings mess with you, let’s make them work for you instead. Or if your actions lead you astray, let’s change it up.

And if you’ve been hurt in the past, we can consider a treatment called CPT for PTSD, a 12-session series for healing from trauma.
